Schedule Meeting

  • Log in to your account at cfscommunicator.com
  • On the dashboard, click on Schedule Meeting button to schedule the meeting.
  • Fill all the details such as Meeting Subject, Date, Time, Meeting Duration and Time Zone to schedule the meeting.
  • Clicking on Schedule Meeting and Send Invitation button. You schedule a meeting successfully, an Invite Attendees pop up will appear.
  • A pop up shows your meeting details with option Go to Outlook, you can send a Meeting Invitation email to the people, just enter their email ids.
  • Copy the meeting details and send to your meeting attendees through Skype, messages, etc.
  • The Meeting Invitation email contains a Registered User URL and a Guest User URL which is used by other attendees to join the meeting.
  • You can also schedule instant meeting by clicking on Meet Now button.
  • Invite Attendee pop up of Meet Now has similar options like Schedule Meeting’s Invite along with an additional option Start Meeting to start the meeting instantly.
  • Joining is easy and just takes a few seconds.
  • The Meeting Invitation email contains Registered User URL and a Guest User URL.
  • If you are a registered user then open the Registered User URL and login with your account credentials.
  • If you are not registered then open the Guest User URL and just enter your full name and click on the Continue button.
  • Alternatively, if you have the Meeting ID but don’t have easy access to the Meeting link, go to cfscommunicator.com
  • Once there, click on Join with Meeting Id (Guest User) button and type or paste the ID provided by the organizer. You will enter the session.
  • Only a Host can start the meeting. The Host can start the meeting by logging into his/her account and clicking on the Start button of the meeting from the upcoming meetings list.
  • The Host can also start the meeting by opening the Registered User URL of the meeting and login using his/her account credentials.
  • Guest user is a non registered user who can attend the meeting easily without any login details, they can attend the meeting by just clicking on the Guest User link which is provided in the meeting invitation email.
  • Click on the Guest User link.
  • This will open the Guest User Login page.
  • Enter your full name.
  • Click on the Continue button to join the meeting.
  • You can also join the meeting as a guest using Join with Meeting Id (Guest User) option.
  • To join the meeting using Join with Meeting Id (Guest User), go to cfscommunicator.com
  • Enter full name and meeting id.
  • Click on the Continue button to join the meeting.

When you click Schedule Meeting and Send Invitation button, Invite Attendees pop up gets opened with all the details of the meeting. Invite attendees pop up has Go to Outlook and Copy option wherein Go to Outlook option lets you send the meeting invitation email to the attendees and Copy lets you copy the meeting details and paste it and send to your meeting attendees through Skype, messages, etc.

  • Start a meeting with other attendees.
  • During the meeting, click on Share File button.
  • Browse the file and click on Open.
  • Go to the icon bar shown on the right hand side of the meeting page, click on the Shared Files icon, a Shared Files tab will get opened.
  • In Shared Files tab, User can view and download the shared files.
  • When the meeting gets started, the user can write the Minutes of the meeting.
  • On the meeting page, go to the icon bar shown on the right side, click on Notes icon.
  • A Notes tab will get opened, write your meeting notes and click on the Generate Meeting Notes button.
  • A MOM file will get downloaded. You can send this MOM to other attendees through email.
  • Start a meeting with other attendees.
  • During the meeting, click on the Share Screen button.
  • Click on the share button of the Share Your Screen pop up.
  • Click on stop sharing button to stop sharing the screen.

When a user schedules a meeting, then that meeting details are integrated into the calendar. User can view the calendar for future meetings scheduled by him/her. On the Dashboard, Click on Menu and select My Calendar. This will open My calendar page where you can see all the scheduled meeting with details.

User can also see the details of the past meetings. On Dashboard, Click on Menu and select Past Meeting. This will open Past Meeting page which has all the meeting details such as meeting Date, Time, meeting Id, Subject, Attendees, Status and MOM. The User can search as well as download the MOM (MOM generated by the host) of the meetings.

MOM will get automatically downloaded for host and guest users after they exit the meeting.

Recording and Playback

  • Click on Start Recording icon.
  • Click on Share button of the Share Your Screen pop up.
  • Your Recording will get started, it also shows the ongoing time of the recording.
  • Click on Stop Recording icon to stop the recording.
  • Go to the icon bar shown on the right hand side of the meeting page, click on the Rec button to view the steps to download the recording.

Yes. The Host can send the recording of the meeting to the other attendees via email.

Calling and Chatting

  • Find the person you want to call from your Contacts list.
  • Select the contact you want to call, and then select the audio button, or video button.
  • At the end of a call, select the end call button to hang up.

If you’re signed in to Cube-Communicator, you can receive calls. You’ll see an incoming call notification screen, select the call button to answer the call as an audio call, or select the video button to answer with a video. If you don’t want to answer it, select the end call button to decline.

  • Find the Group you want to call from your Contacts list.
  • Select the Group you want to call, and then click on video button.
  • At the end of a call, select the end call button to hang up.
  • Find the Group you want to send messages from your Contacts list.
  • Select the Group name you want to send messages, and then write the message in the chat box.
  • click on send button to send the messages to the all members of the Group.
  • Find the person you want to send messages from your Contacts list.
  • Select the person you want to send message, and then write the message in the chat box.
  • click on send button to send the messages.

Account and profile

Open Cube-Communicator, on login page, enter your registered Username, password and click on the Login button. You’re now signed in to Cube-Communicator.

  • On dashboard, click on menu and select My Profile.
  • You will be on My Profile page where you can edit your profile.
  • Click on Save button, your profile will be updated.

  • Click on Save button, your profile will be updated.
  • On the dashboard, click on menu and click on Logout
  • You’re signed out of Cube-Communicator.
